First Day of School

August 17, 2016

Welcome back!  It my pleasure to welcome you back to the 2016-2017 school year.  It was great to see so many smiling faces this morning as everyone was anxiously waiting for the school day to begin.  We have many fun things planned this school year and plan to make this one of the best ever.

Communication is essential and we want to make sure that we have multiple ways to communicate with you. Throughout the school year please check our school website, district calendar, monthly newsletters, school website, and social media sites for valuable information regarding the great things happening at Poplar Grove Elementary.  You can find us at:

* Facebook - Poplar Grove Elementary School*
* Twitter - https://twitter.com/PGE_WALSH  or @PGE_Walsh

Please also plan on attending our Coffee and Conversation With the Principal monthly meetings.  If you like coffee, meeting other parents, and discussing important issues here at PGE, please stop by.  Be on the look out for dates in our upcoming newsletter.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at 815-765-3113 or via email at hwalsh@nbcusd.org
